As outlined in the Orchard Brook Covenants, homeowner association operations are funded by an annual assessment. Funds collected are primarily used to pay for maintenance of the pool, clubhouse, common areas, and gaslights.

Every year there are a number of questions asked about assessment payments. Here are the answers to many of those frequently asked questions.

When will 2025 assessment invoices be mailed?

Invoices are mailed annually. The 2025 invoices will be mailed out in February 2025.

How much is the annual assessment?

The total amount of the annual assessment is $1,075.

Do I pay it all at once?

A single payment for the entire amount is requested.

When is payment due?

The due date for the 2025 assessment is March 31, 2025.

Can I pay my assessment electronically?

Note: Must include home address in the memo field so that we can accurately apply the payment to your household.

Where do I send my check payment?

What if I am unable to pay by the due date?

The assessment invoice will contain information about late fees attached to past due assessments. If you are experiencing some sort of hardship that prevents you from being able to pay on time, please contact the OBHA treasurer (See Board of Directors page) or another board member to explain the situation and discuss options.

I misplaced (or did not receive) my assessment invoice. Can I get a copy?
