Our Gathering Place

Located at 1089 35th Street in Downers Grove, adjacent to the Orchard Brook pool, the clubhouse is our hub and the site for Orchard Brook Home Association board meetings, social events and other activities. On election days, it is even our polling place.

Renting the Clubhouse

Any Orchard Brook homeowner may reserve the clubhouse for meetings, parties or any other reasonable function. Information regarding rental rates, how to reserve a spot and other details can be found in the clubhouse rental agreement.

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) 

Did you know? We have two automated external defibrillators (AEDs) at the Orchard Brook clubhouse. One is located just inside the double doors leading from the pool to the locker rooms on the lower level and one is located in the bar area, behind the bar, on the main level. AEDs are used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). Because AEDs are portable they can be used by nonmedical people (lay-rescuers). They can be made part of emergency response programs that also include rapid use of 9-1-1 and prompt delivery of CPR. AEDs are intended for use by the general public and use of an AED does not require formal training. AEDs use audible voice prompts to guide the user through the process.
