ARTICLE VIII: ASSOCIATION COMMITTEES

8.1 Power to Appoint Committees: The Board shall have the power and authority to appoint such committees as it deems necessary and advisable from time to time to carry out the obligations, responsibilities and duties of the Board. The duties of such committees shall be set forth in the By-laws of the Association or in the Board Resolution authorizing the creation of such committee.
