Our Gathering Place
Located at 1089 35th Street in Downers Grove, adjacent to the Orchard Brook pool, the clubhouse serves as a central gathering space for the community. It hosts:
- Orchard Brook Home Association board meetings
- Social events and activities
- Community functions
- Local polling on election days
Renting the Clubhouse
Orchard Brook homeowners may reserve the clubhouse for meetings, parties, and private events.

Safety Information: Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
The Orchard Brook clubhouse has two Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs):
- Lower Level: Inside the double doors from the pool to the locker rooms
- Main Level: Behind the bar in the bar area
AEDs are used to assist someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. They are designed for public use and provide audible step-by-step instructions to guide users through the process.
In an emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately and begin CPR if possible. The AED is intended to support emergency response until medical professionals arrive.
